- 01Responsible for the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of the programme quality plan to ensure the delivery of works that meet the required standards and specifications;
- 02Ensures that Projects constructed are as per specification;
- 03Overall responsibility for Quality Control & Quality Assurance for all relevant activities within the Project Department;
- 04Manage and ensure that Quality principles are incorporated and applied;
- 05Identify, develop, and promote Programme and Project required Quality polices

- 12Coordinate and manage any 3rd party audits as required;
