Key responsibilities
  • 01Responsible for the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of the programme quality plan to ensure the delivery of works that meet the required standards and specifications;
  • 02Ensures that Projects constructed are as per specification;
  • 03Overall responsibility for Quality Control & Quality Assurance for all relevant activities within the Project Department;
  • 04Manage and ensure that Quality principles are incorporated and applied;
  • 05Identify, develop, and promote Programme and Project required Quality polices
  • 06Minimum of 15 years post graduate experience with experience in major infrastructure /Roads /Highways projects or programmes;
  • 07Expertise in the Qatar construction market;
  • 08Lead and manage a QA/QC team to successfully deliver the program to the required quality standards;
  • 09Develop, implement, and monitor the Program Quality plan;
  • 10Support all consultants and contractors in the implementation of Quality plans and procedures and the monitoring of their performance on all Quality matters;
  • 11Develop and implement audit schedules and plans, including unannounced visits;
  • 12Coordinate and manage any 3rd party audits as required;
