Key responsibilities
  • 01C4C) to track performance, manage the sales pipeline, and provide accurate forecasts to senior management.
  • 02Develop and implement the annual sales strategy in line with company objectives.
  • 03Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team; set targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • 04Define pricing strategies and approve commercial offers in coordination with senior management and production.
  • 05Oversee preparation of technical and commercial proposals and tenders.
  • 06Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
  • 07Analyze market trends, competitors, and identify new business opportunities.
  • 08Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and collection.
  • 09Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and presentations for top management.
  • 10Coordinate closely with production, planning, finance, and customer service teams.
  • 11Develop sales team capabilities and build a strong succession pipeline.
  • 12Support the Sales team in the following activities:
Preferred qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic & English). Any other language will be an advantage.
  • Basic proficiency in English; limited understanding of Arabic is an added advantage.
  • : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field MBA or relevant professional certifications are an advantage Minimum of 5+ years of experience in relevant field.
  • Engineering (Architect) is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of glass products, applications, and manufacturing processes (architectural glass, mirrors, IGU, laminated glass) is highly preferred.
