Key responsibilities
- 01Protocol Label Switching (MPLS), Virtual Routing and Forwarding (VRF), and Quality of Service (QoS).
- 02Identify problems and troubleshoot DMVPN phases 1
- 03Perform regular system maintenance in support of IAVA vulnerabilities and CCRI compliance.
- 04Perform capacity planning for communications networks carrying data, voice, and video.
- 05Monitors availability and reliability of the WAN and supported infrastructure utilizing DX NetOps Spectrum, SolarWinds Orion and Cisco DNA Center.
- 06Ensure that all managed technologies are compliant with current DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
- 07Assist with identifying and investigating malicious network activity.
- 08Create, update, and maintain detailed network diagrams.
- 09Create and track network issues/requests using the ServiceNow ticketing system.
- 10Performs other duties and assignments as required.
