Key responsibilities
  • 01Conduct regular branch visits to monitor performance, cleanliness, customer service, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • 02Implement and oversee processes to ensure smooth collaboration between Front of House (FOH), Middle of House (MOH), and Back of House (BOH) teams.
  • 03Ensure that all branches consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction, revenue targets, and operational efficiency.
  • 04Leadership and Team Management:
  • 05Recruit, train, mentor, and develop branch managers and key team members.
  • 06Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to branch managers to promote continuous improvement.
  • 07Foster a positive and motivated working environment across all branches, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
  • 08Address staffing issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and scheduling adjustments, as needed.
  • 09Prepare and manage budgets for assigned branches, ensuring cost controls and profitability.
  • 10Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve revenue and reduce operational costs.
  • 11Monitor and approve branch expenditures, ensuring alignment with budget guidelines.
