Key responsibilities
- 01Supervise the Maintenance Work, Sub
- 02Check devices and structure systems, such as Fire Alarms, CCTV, HVAC, etc, on a regular basis;
- 03Respond to emergency calls, if any; ready and able to attend to the site whenever
- 04Supervise the cleaning crew and security crew & their daily tasks;
- 05Ensure the building meets the safety & health standards and complies with all legal

- : Check the materials thoroughly for quality, quantity, specification condition, etc;

- : Periodically verify the stock and ensure the availability of stock at all times;
