- 12Develop or test models of alternate designs or processing methods to assess feasibility, sustainability, operating condition effects, potential new applications, or necessity of modification.
- — Bachelor’s / associate degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- — Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical inspection for building or infrastructure projects
- — Strong understanding of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and related services
- — Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IPC, etc. )
- — Experience reviewing shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals
- — Ability to conduct site inspections, identify non‑conformities, and ensure corrective actions
- — Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and project documentation requirements
- — Strong coordination and communication skills with contractors, consultants, and project teams
- — Experience working in the Middle East is preferred
