Network Technician

Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
  • 8 years in IT Support with customer

  • 3 years must be in a directly comparable role with similar duties, preferably within a related industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, specializing in Computer Science or Electronics & Communication.
  • Relevant professional IT certification (e.g., Certified Information Systems Auditor
  • CISA, or equivalent).
  • Proven expertise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of UTP, FOC, multi
  • core, and LAN cabling systems.
Preferred qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology (Computer Science, Electronics, or related) is preferred.
  • Structured cabling certifications (e.g., BICSI Installer/Technician, manufacturer certifications from CommScope/Nexans/Leviton, or FOA CFOT) are a significant advantage.
