  • 06Research & Innovation: Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the design process.
  • 07Sustainability: Contribute to sustainable design strategies, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and local regulations.
  • 08Bachelor'S or Master's degree in Project Management from a recognized university.
  • 0912 years of professional experience in project / program management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • 10Knowledge of BIM tools and processes is a plus.
  • 11Strong conceptual and technical design abilities, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
  • 12Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively present ideas and designs.
