Key responsibilities
- 01Ensures an overall smooth running of the Spa department.
- 02Ensures the company and Spa brand protocols are being followed.
- 03Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the spa facility.
- 04Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service, and professionalism.

- 10Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and community outreach activities to promote the spa and increase brand awareness.
