Key responsibilities

  • 01Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, and training new staff, creating staff schedules, conducting performance reviews, and providing real-time coaching to keep the team motivated.
  • 02Manage digital channel experiences, including coordinating e-commerce fulfilment such as buy-online-pickup-in-store, and leveraging data analytics for decision-making.
  • 03Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality Food Code where the store handles food.
  • 04Ensure Person-In-Charge coverage on all operating shifts.
  • 05Enforce standard operating procedures, checklists, and logs without exception.

Required qualifications

  • 2 years Store Manager experience with a proven track record for driving sales and profit results and training and developing a team of individuals
  • Inventory & Asset Management:
  • Conduct and supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual stock counts.
  • Investigate stock variances and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure proper handling and care of fixed assets, equipment, and store fixtures.
  • Coordinate store and equipment maintenance with Operations and Maintenance Managers.
  • Follow up on watch, jewellery, or equipment servicing where applicable. Requirements Qualifications and Experience:
  • 6 years of experience in retail or store management, preferably in luxury retail or fashion.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
