Key responsibilities
- 01Ensure all restaurant units operate in compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- 02Conduct regular site visits to monitor cleanliness, service, product quality, and operational performance.
- 03Implement best practices to drive efficiency and consistency across locations.
- 04Review and analyze P&L statements for each unit to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.

- 11Plan and manage staff leave, vacation requests, and public holiday coverage to ensure smooth operations.
