Key responsibilities
  • 01Manage office operations, facilities, supplier relationships, and service contracts. Oversee compliance with local legislation, licensing, filing, and health & safety
  • 02Manage daily office operations and ensure uninterrupted functionality
  • 03Supervise office supplies, equipment, maintenance, and inventory
  • 04Liaise with property management (cleaning, HVAC, utilities, maintenance)
  • 05Handle ad hoc assignments from leadership
  • 06Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • 07Maintain proper document filing and archiving (contracts, official documents)
  • 08Prepare internal memos and letters as required
  • 09Coordinate with vendors (stationery, courier, catering, services)
  • 10Monitor service quality and control office
  • 11Oversee reception and visitor management
