Key responsibilities
  • 01Manage office operations, facilities, supplier relationships, and service contracts. Oversee compliance with local legislation, licensing, filing, and health & safety
  • 02Administrative & Facility Management
  • 03Manage daily office operations and ensure uninterrupted functionality
  • 04Supervise office supplies, equipment, maintenance, and inventory
  • 05Liaise with property management (cleaning, HVAC, utilities, maintenance)

  • 08Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • 09Maintain proper document filing and archiving (contracts, official documents)

Required qualifications

  • Previous experience as Office Manager / Administrator (UAE experience preferred)
  • Immediate joining preferred
