Key responsibilities
- 01Plan, manage, monitor, and support contract to ensure all deliverables are produced, maintained, and executed; supports on-site at Customer compounds in Camp Arifjan, Kuwait and Shaw Air Force Base, SC.
- 02Prepare and maintain Project Plan, which lists activities, tasks, assignments, milestones and performance metrics for work performed.
- 03Prepare and maintain Quality Control Plan (QCP), used to ensure systematic quality assurance methods used in oversight and administration of team’s performance.
- 04Prepare and provide management reports to present substantive project cost, schedule, and performance data for all services rendered.
- 05Present travel requests as needed to perform work.
- 06Inform COR of any performance that may be affected by personnel absence (leave, Rest and Recuperation (R&R), sick, termination, etc.).
- 07Provide monthly invoice information and daily personnel status report.
- 08Provide reviews, analyses, presentations, evaluations, reports, recommendations, and documentation to support program cost, schedule, and performance requirements.
- 09Monitor and/or review products or work efforts.
- 10Support process improvement for organization, effective processes that identify process strengths and weaknesses; provide recommendations to change weaknesses into strengths.
- 11Manage highly complex IT projects; convey accurate and timely project status; efficiently manage large advisory requirements.
Required qualifications
- 20+ years of experience as a Program Manager, or in a comparable Admin & Support role.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Demonstrated command of Communication, ISO and Quality Control.
- Working knowledge of Excel, Compliance and Project Management.
