Key responsibilities
  • 01Coordinating and supervising store operations (i.e. selecting people, scheduling shifts, routine and preventive maintenance, …)
  • 02Ensure efficient utilization of pickers with multi tasking role in order to optimize UTRs
  • 03Inventory management: Ensuring effective stock control function and practices. Implementation of inventory process to ensure adequate stock levels and accurate inventory
  • 04Inbound receiving: Accurate receiving of orders as per policies & SOP
  • 05Outbound: Efficient and accurate picking and packing of customer orders, as per SOP
  • 06Constantly monitor fulfillment processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity and profits.
  • 07To supervise assigned store, ensure profitability, provide good service and ensure development of employees
  • 08Managing store personnel ensuring effective use of resources and meeting service level standards
  • 09Monitoring, managing and controlling costs against the budget, maximizing cost effectiveness of stores operations
  • 10Ensuring implementation of actions pertinent to store
  • 11Ensuring that equipment, infrastructure, etc. in stores are used properly and, at all times, maintained in good condition
  • 12Discussing with the Ops manager stores' issues/problems and propose solutions
Required qualifications
  • You have at least 5
  • 7 years of experience in supermarket or restaurant
  • You are someone energized by the unknown and look forward to learning each day on the job.
  • Good communication skills, and always like to be hands
