- 01Assists in preparation of presentations, pitches, reports and transaction advice.
- 02Carries out reviews of financial statements, prepares cashflow projections and drafts valuations and feasibility studies as required.
- 03Assists in preparing deliverables for clients.
- 04Acts within the limits of the powers delegated to the incumbent.
- 05Responsible for the preparation of advisory reports, valuations, transactional structures and other advisory deliverables in accordance with agreed mandates with clients.
- 06Assists in maintaining relationships with clients.
- 07To assist customers in all their queries on Bank's product and seek solution to their requests.
- 08Maintain activities in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal departments/units to achieve improvements in turn
- 09Build and maintain strong/effective relationships with related departments/units to achieve the Group's objectives
- 10Provide timely/accurate data to external/internal Auditors, Compliance, Financial Control and Risk when required.
- — Bachelors and Ideally Masters in Economics, Law, Accounting or similar
- — Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of management.
