Front Office Supervisor

- 01To be an ambassador of the Front Office and of the hotel, in and outside the work place.
- 02To always keep the working area clean and well maintained.
- 03To oversee the daily operations at the front office and support the team with their daily tasks whenever needed
- 04To assist the Duty managers with managing guest complaints and any other responsibilities
- 05To spot check the daily check lists
- 06Lead the daily briefings with the front office team and relay all necessary information pertaining to guests, hotel operations, group arrivals, etc.
- 07To use appropriate materials, equipment's and supplies for the smooth run of the Front Office operations and to ask for requisitions accordingly.
- 08To properly use the telephone etiquette as per Sofitel standards.
- 09To properly follow all CID and local government requirements concerning hotel guests and files.
- 10To check the departure lists and to ensure check
- 11out times are respected.
