Front Office Supervisor

Key responsibilities
  • 01To be an ambassador of the Front Office and of the hotel, in and outside the work place.
  • 02To always keep the working area clean and well maintained.
  • 03To oversee the daily operations at the front office and support the team with their daily tasks whenever needed
  • 04To assist the Duty managers with managing guest complaints and any other responsibilities
  • 05To spot check the daily check lists
  • 06Lead the daily briefings with the front office team and relay all necessary information pertaining to guests, hotel operations, group arrivals, etc.
  • 07To use appropriate materials, equipment's and supplies for the smooth run of the Front Office operations and to ask for requisitions accordingly.
  • 08To properly use the telephone etiquette as per Sofitel standards.
  • 09To properly follow all CID and local government requirements concerning hotel guests and files.
  • 10To check the departure lists and to ensure check
  • 11out times are respected.
  • 12To monitor room status and discrepancies.
Required qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in hotel front office or similar customer
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members

  • Demonstrated ability to handle high
Preferred qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Multilingual skills highly valued, with Arabic, Russian and English fluency preferred
